We do not remove free-roaming cats because new cats often move into the vacant territory, continuing the cycle. Through Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) and Return-to-Field, cats are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and returned to their familiar environment—preventing new litters while allowing the population to decline naturally over time. This humane, effective approach also reduces nuisance behaviors such as fighting, spraying, and mating-related noise.
